Vicki is a member of the Poetry Society and has attended a poetry Arvon course in 2014. As a retired head of two comps she meets all deadlines and is always positive about poets’ work.
What is one thing that no-one would usually know about you?
I once worked in Russian intelligence in GCHQ. It was a great place for equality of opportunity.
Are there any occupational hazards to being an author?
Writer’s bum. Started off as a 10, now a large 12.
Who would you like to play you in a film of your life?
Diane Keaton, because she makes me laugh, and she’s glamorous.
What was the most important thing you learned at school?
Don’t rely on anyone else to be your meal ticket. So get working!

Water, because a dehydrated brain turns into a Brian.
