Social Media & Recruitment = champagne

It’s no surprise that the way we communicate with people is changing.   Some call it the Communication Revolution and it’s characterised largely by the use of Web 2.0 technology and websites such as LinkedIn and Facebook, otherwise known as Social Networking and Media.

With this in mind, myself and a colleague, Michelle Fischer of Creative Leadership would like to invite you to help us research the trends that are taking place with the context of social media and recruitment by completing the questionnaire at Survey Monkey below.  We’ll be asking questions about YOUR business use of Social Media when recruiting new staff.  It is completely anonymous, unless you would like to receive the report and/or be in with a chance of winning a bottle of Champagne.

The closing date for the survey is Friday 18th December 2009 and we aim to have an interim report out before Christmas.  The results of this research will be used to produce a White Paper that explores the key trends and themes around this topical subject and we’d be thrilled to share this with you and if you would like to receive it then please let us know at the end of the questionnaire.

Win a Bottle of Champagne Too!

Needless to say, the more participants involved the better and we invite you also to forward the link above (or even this blog post) to people you think would benefit from taking part and reading the research findings themselves.   We are also offering a prize of a bottle of Frances’ finest champagne to one of the lucky participants who will be chosen at random at the conclusion of this research.

So, in advance, we’d like to say ‘thank you‘  for sparing the time to contribute to this research project.

I'm always interested in what people think and love having a debate so why don't we have a chat :-)
