Do YOU have business social intelligence?

This was the question I was asking myself when I was preparing for a presentation to the Brilliant BusinessXchange a couple of weeks ago.  In fact, how do you measure it and yes, I know that I’ve ‘stolen’ the concept of social intelligence from Daniel Goleman even though I use those theories but apply to online business instead, but anyway, back to the question in hand …… (more…)

You all know I really rate Slideshare – well here’s a presentation that explains why!

  5. Make the time to participate

Whilst the presentation was made without notes or powerpoint on the day, I created the following video with the intention of getting my message across to as wide an audience as possible.  I hope you enjoy it.
